Throughout his 12 years of professional experience, Ivan has seen it all when it comes to ‘finding a job’. 

As a graduate in 2011, Ivan was cannonaded with over 70 rejections before learning via coaching and trial-and-error, how to stand out as an applicant. 7 years later, Ivan founded Impala Search (awarded “UK’s Best New Agency”) where his team helped over 1000 engineers improve their employability and, ultimately, secure the desired position. 

Ivan is also a certified mentor and frequently delivers CV Writing and Interview Preparation Workshops as well as 1:1 coaching sessions.

Sade Turner-Moise, LinkedIn

Sade has been working in the tech recruitment scene since 2019 and is currently managing her own team at Impala Search, an international software engineering search agency. Over the last 4 years, Sade has scaled a number of companies worldwide, such as Klarna and H&M, with a key focus on Software Development.

Having worked through the highs and lows of the pandemic and now through the current macroeconomic situation we are all faced with, she has experience assisting engineers through the hiring processes and ultimately improving the employability of everyone she works with.
