Claire Goodall is a Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Lead with STEM Returners. Her role is to consult with STEM Sector Organisations to enable them to successfully run Returners Programmes.

With 6 years of E,D&I experience, STEM Returners is a trail blazing Consultancy in the field of returnships, having supported 400 professionals back to work after a career break. These returnships facilitate paid work placements for professionals seeking re-employment following a career break along with those who wish to transfer their skills.

Claire’s wider career has been centered around supporting people back to work and helping them thrive. From helping unemployed adults by delivering training and employability advice to 9 years working in Executive Search.
